✽ WHOLESALE/CUSTOM ORDERS✽

I currently don't do wholesale or custom orders and will announce when I do again!

Unfortunately, since I run this business solo I don't have the opportunity to gift an abundant amount of ceramic pieces. But hopefully, when I grow a team and expand, this option will be available! :) 

✽ SHIPPING INFO✽

I currently ship mostly worldwide and offer standard shipping for international and US shipping. 

I usually take 3-7 business days to process orders and will ship them on weekdays excluding local/national holidays. If the customer email is provided, they will be notified when their order ships along with tracking info. However, I am not responsible for lost mail and will not offer full refunds unless there are damaged and missing items in your order. I am also not responsible for stolen packages. I understand these things can happen, so feel free to message me to discuss a solution. 

✽ RETURNS & EXCHANGES, DAMAGED + MISSING ITEMS ✽

I can only accept giving refunds to damaged or missing items. The item must only be damaged through shipping to receive a full refund, and a picture must be provided. I do not accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me if your have damaged or missing items in your order so we can discuss a compromise.
